Full Event Setup & Breakdown Management – coordination of décor installation, seating, stage setup, and teardown
On-site Production Management – full-day event supervision with staff support
Audio/Visual & Lighting Coordination – sourcing and managing technical vendors
Stage Management & Run of Show Creation – detailed show flow and speaker/performer coordination
Rehearsal Coordination – overseeing sound checks and event walkthroughs
Event Staffing Oversight – managing greeters, volunteers, or hired event crew
Guest Experience Management – VIP handling, check-in support, and hospitality coordination
Post-Event Debrief – summary report and recommendations for future events
